คำที่ 1 Snail mail
A name given to the regular postal service by people who use electronic mail. While sending international mail through the postal service can take week, with electronic mail it takes seconds.
เป็นคำศัพท์ที่ใช้เรียกระบบไปรษณีย์ปกติที่ไม่ใช่ไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เนื่องจากระบบการส่งจดหมายที่ให้กันอยู่ในปัจจุบันใช้เวลาไม่ต่ำหว่า 1 วันไปจนถึงเป็นเดือนหากข้ามประเทศ เมื่อเทียบกับไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ซึ่งผู้ใช้ได้รับในทันทีแล้ว จะช้าเหมือนกันใช้ทาก (snail) ในการส่ง
คำที่ 2 Virtual Memory
A way of using part the hard disk to simulate more memory (RAM)than actually exists. This allows a computer to run more program at the same time. Virtual memory is slower than RAM-That’s way adding more RAM speeds up the computer see also RAM
การจำลองพื้นที่ของฮาร์ดดิสก์ส่วนหนึ่งมาใช้งานเสมือนกับ RAM ค่ะ ถ้าจะให้ได้ผลดีที่สุดจะต้องหาวิธีที่จะทำให้พื้นที่ที่กำหนดไว้ให้เป็น Swap File ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่อยู่บนฮาร์ดดิสก์ ทำให้การอ่านเขียนข้อมูลได้เร็วยิ่งขึ้น
